We demonstrate the replacement of the UB LCD (without frame) on the Samsung S23 Ultra phone in several steps following the manufacturer's procedure.
The first two images show the phone we'll be repairing. The damage along the right edge of the casing is clearly visible.
The next picture shows the section with the prepared matching UB LCD and the rework kit.
The next picture shows the frame prepared on the template for attaching the new UB LCD with new adhesive strips. The damaged LCD has been previously detached from the casing, and the remnants of the old adhesive strips have been removed.
The next three pictures show the sequence of assembling the phone after attaching the new LCD.
After closing the phone with the appropriate adhesive tape under pressure, we proceed to test the phone, as shown in the next two pictures.
If all basic functions are working correctly after testing the phone, it can be handed over for use.
